9.0It had some essentials like kitchen utensils, toilet paper, coffee, sugar. Working microwave, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, fans, ac (only bedrooms), and tv (only living room).
− Pool is private but its shared with all other residents in the complex.
Great base for beach and exploring for a family of 4 (adults + 14 & 16yos)
8.0Exactly as described in the photos. Ivan (the owner) was easy to work with. It's a nice quiet location, and despite the fact of it being Easter week (party time!) everyone was respectful and quiet (and friendly!). Pool is 20m from the front door, and was never crowded (except the long weekend Saturday night). Nice safe neighbourhood, in a working family area. Plenty of food (lots of Mom & Pop retaurants) in the area - but you will definitely need your own transportation. AC was good, and not loud.
− We had some hiccups because Ivan' credit card reader was broken, but he was flexible on the payment arrangements so no big deal.
