6.0− Im Nachhinein noch viele Zusatzkosten (wie 116.00 chf für wäsche (bei 2 übernachtungen)) pro Person pro Nacht 29.00 ..... Parkieren vor dem Haus für 15.00 chf pro Nacht... Komplizierte Kommunikation, nicht sehr freundlich gegenüber unseren Mitarbeitern Spa ist nicht fertiggestellt (nicht, das wir es gebraucht hätten, aber es macht ja wohl den Preis aus).

Ein luxeriöses Ferienhaus im Engadin
9.0Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es riecht sehr schön nach Arvenholz im Haus. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und bequem. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten war die Gastgeberin schnell erreichbar.
− Wir sind eine sehr sorgfältige Familie, doch der extrem empfindliche Boden hat uns ein bisschen gestresst, da wir ständig Angst hatten, dass etwas runterfällt und dadurch ein Hick entsteht oder etwas zerkratzt. Er sieht schön aus, für uns aber zu heikel. Wir hätten uns mehr Handtücher gewünscht.

8.0Lovely house in a wonderful location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was big with a lot of room.
− We did a load of laundry and were contacted about being in the laundry room - we did not like to be surveilled. When I find a place on booking.com, I expect it to be for the customer -- like a hotel. This felt like an air b and b -- as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay in their place. Perhaps that would be a more appropriate platform for advertising their place. Also, it would be great to have a dresser in bedrooms for your guests.

For stays of 7 nights or less a towel and linen fee of 29 Euros per set (one set, one room) applies in cash to both houses and apartments. Towels and bed linen can also be brought by guests if preferred to avoid costs.
