A lovely hotel and great value!
10.0Really friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. Early check-in was willingly accommodated and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

9.0- Extrem freundliches & vorallem attraktives Personal (sehr selten in Indien) - leckeres Essen - Dusche hat sogar einen Schlauch (selten in Indien) - Vergessene Gegenstände werden nicht unterschlagen - Hohe Sicherheitsvorkehrungen (Personal, Kameras, Schließfächer, ... ) - Wäsche wird gegen sehr kleinen Aufpreis (innerhalb 24h) gewaschen. - Hygieneartikel aller Art im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen (für Frauen ein Fön vorhanden)
− - Lebensmittelhygiene. Teller, Tassen, Besteck nicht immer 100% sauber. Was der Gast nicht sieht, ist vermutlich aus deutscher Sicht eine Kathastrophe. (fast überall in Indien) - Smart TV lässt sich nur mit Tricks mit dem Internet verbinden. Ahnungsloses Personal hielt es für unmöglich - Essen vom Buffet darf offiziell nicht im Zimmer gegessen werden (was gemeinsames essen mit der Familie über Videocall unmöglich macht) - Kein Finessraum -> Keine Möglichkeit an einem Regentag Sport zu treiben. - Umgebung ist hässlicher als Angela Merkel.

8.0Rummet var väldigt rent och fresh. Frukosten hade ett bra utbud och poolen var mycket trevlig. Personalen var toppen och gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb! Jag reste under monsunperioden, men hade ändå en jättefin vistelse!
