7.0Dobrá lokalita.
− Nebola pripravená siedma posteľ - prístelka. Ubytujúci by mal vedieť koľko postelí má byt pripravených - veď podľa toho sa aj platí!! málo uterákov , počet nepostačoval ani pre množstvo ľudí ktorí si za ubytovanie zaplatili. Slabé internetové pripojenie.
A base for exploring London, and the Southern areas. Great bus and train connections.
6.0The location was great, and washing machine and bathrooms were good
− A kind response is that the flat has potential. Unfortunately there was no wifi - which also means no TV at all. We were compensated $40 for a 6 night stay for this inconvenience.
Generally very good
8.0Spacious, location fantastic, modern and parking
− No Wi-Fi and no tv working therefore Small beds
Nice apartment but let down by the above things. Not good enough sadly.
7.0Spacious and clean . A nice apartment
− No internet . TV turned on but didnt work as no internet at all! Despite us having our own Netflix. Just said no signal. No duvet covers or pillowcases for the extra bedding needed for the sofa bed . No reply from the owner when I messaged him to ask about the tv
Nice apartment close to Surbiton Station
8.0Nice apartment close to Surbiton Station with easy access to Kingston and Central London. The apartment is in the basement of a newly renovated building and is clean with enough natural light. Staff was helpful and was able to respond to issues raised quickly.
− Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay. Appreciate that this is a building issue so it is outside of their control but it was inconvenient for us. Also some of the facilities and furniture are showing signs of wear and may need to be replaced soon.
