5.0The apartment itself is great. Very modern and plenty of room. The kitchen, not so much. It was seriously and unacceptably badly equipped. Communication could have been better. We were not told we had to turn on "water pressure" thingy in a closet to get solid water pressure. We only found out late into our stay. The apartment is on the 10th floor, which was only revealed in a text message on the day of arrival. Not really a big problem for us, but some people may be afraid of heights or elevators, and then it would be a problem not knowing this beforehand. There is parking on the street below, unfortunately the host also forgot to tell us that during our stay there was some kind of.. I don't know, time-limited parking, the street would get blocked off at night, and anyone stuck inside would get fined. Including us! Surely the host would have been aware of this, as that had went on for several weeks at the time. They really should have told us. So yeah, to conclude - the images don't lie, it is visually a nice apartment, but that's all the positives I can say. The rest was a big drawdown.
