Clean , very spacious will definitely come back If a new hot tub was installed and employ new staff that answers the phone this place would be a 5* place to stay and would definitely get £250 ish per night to stay . But for the price we will definitely be back Thank you

− Only half the electrics worked, oven did not work, hottub was cold. Staff did not answer the phone, after saying they would come and have a look at the property.

Absolutely fabulous renovated barn. Everything was perfect with wonderful beaches close by. We will definitely return

− Our two small dauchounds managed to escape through the wheel in the closed garden area and were out for an hour. Apologies for this

Avoid if you expect to find what’s advertised as you will be sorely disappointed.

Location and beautifully decorated in a modern but sympathetic way.

− Small Lazy spa not hot tub, I would say max persons would be three unfortunately not the eight to match the property capacity. The kitchen was dirty with missing cupboard doors, we found dirty crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filthy oven tray, all of which we had to clean ourselves as initially on check in no one was interested and although we showed Chris ( the man we found on site) he told us he couldn’t do anything without being instructed to by his employer and our numerous phone calls to the number provided proved unsuccessful until the following day, although that resolved nothing. There were light bulbs missing or not working and the state of the Bbq and pizza oven were in my opinion unhygienic and unusable. When we did eventually get a message response from the owner it wasn’t at all apologetic but defensive and blunt , without concern or apology, he did offer for us to leave early and he would refund a nights stay, however in the meantime we had read many unsatisfactory reviews with quite a few still waiting on refunds so we chose to stay, especially as the property was in much better condition after we spent four hours cleaning it. Don’t expect to find information on how the lazy spa works or what the Wi-Fi password is anywhere in the property, this was not in any of the booklets we later found in drawers among scraps of rubbish , however Chris ( one of the staff we found milling around occasionally) was able to show us how to use the lazy spa and gave us the internet password once I had used my own usb plug to plug the hub in as this was also something that wasn’t present.

The property was clean and welcoming when we walked in. The hot tub is different from the pictures and could use an update, but there is a Lazy-Spa hot tub that seats around four people, which we still enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

− The outdoor lighting around the property, especially leading to the hot tub, could be improved as it was quite dark. There is some general wear and tear, but this is to be expected and it’s clear that improvements are being made. I was initially put off by some negative reviews after booking, but after experiencing the stay first-hand, I felt some were overly critical and made things sound worse than they actually were. I would 100% stay again.
