− Das Haus liegt direkt an einer sehr lauten Straße mit viel Verkehr Tag und Nacht. Der Eigentümer ist täglich vor Ort und erledigt Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück, was teilweise ebenfalls laut war und die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr lückenhaft. Das Mobiliar ist z.T. beschädigt. (Löcher in den Sofas im Aufenthaltsraum)
