− Atitudinea gazdei....a fost foarte obraznica când a văzut ca avem un bichon mic si ne-a cerut bani in plus
Very bad experience

− On the day of my arrival, the host sent me all the check-in details via WhatsApp, including the full address and the lockbox code. I entered the apartment and immediately confirmed that I had arrived and that I had left the payment in the lockbox, exactly as instructed. Until that moment, the host had been replying to my messages almost instantly. A few minutes later, I sent a message asking where the air conditioning remote control was, as the outside temperature was around 40°C. The host saw my message but never replied. Shortly afterwards, I discovered that the apartment was in a very poor state of cleanliness. The following morning, I received a notification from Booking.com stating that my reservation had been cancelled, even though I had already checked in and spent the night in the apartment. I strongly believe that the reservation was deliberately cancelled after my check-in in order to prevent me from leaving a review of my experience.

4.0Foarte aproape de cetate, la 2 minute pe jos
− Miros de îmbâcsit de țigară în apartament. Dar nu pot să spun ca e vina proprietarului. Exista la intrare în apartament un afiș pe care scria ca nu se fumează in apartament, exista balcon pt asa ceva. Insa din păcate nici clienții nu respectă regulile dar, cel mai probabil nici nu se aerisește suficient. Un alt aspect ar fii curățenia. Lenjeria nu știu dacă a fost spălată după clientul de dinainte, asta pt ca avea niște fire mici de păr pe pernă. Iar pe o partea a lenjeriei mirosea a nespălat și pe alta parte a ceva odorizant pt textil. Desi atunci cand am ajuns la cazare domna tocmai ce terminase de facut curățenia , și mirosea in baie extrem de puternic a clor, o sa las câteva imagini să vorbească de la sine. Recomandarea ar fii mai atenți la curățenie și dacă tot există un aparat de cafea cu capsule, poate nu ar fi rău sa fie și 1-2 capsule lăsate pt clienți.
