We were absolutely delighted with The Coach House Knipoch and felt at home from the very first moment. Dawn and Alan are wonderful hosts who helped us with everything we needed. The canoe trip they took us on to see the seals, and the surrounding landscape, were a real highlight. The very comfortable bed, the lovely furnishings and all the thoughtful little details made this one of the nicest stops on our tour through England and Scotland. Oban is just a stone’s throw away. We’d happily come back.

Dawn and Alan were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, including a bag of ice when we arrived in the very hot weather. The property is stunning and perfect for kids to run around freely. Really great location for travelling into Oban and well signed from the road. Couldn’t have been better for us! Thank you very much.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, in famiglia di 3 persone, tre splendidi giorni di sole. Luogo semplicemente meraviglioso, immerso in una natura splendida, il paesaggio di fronte la casa è una favola, un piccolo fiordo che durante una giornata soleggiata assume colori diversi che si rispecchiano nell'acqua. L'accoglienza è stata speciale, il monolocale molto bello ed arredato con finiture di pregio e tanto gusto, tutto nuovo, in un contesto di casa antica, è molto affascinante. Ho amato la scala esterna in pietra che conduceva all'alloggio al piano superiore. Una nota di merito va al letto matrimoniale con un materasso di qualità e alto livello. La cucina piccina ma dotata di tutto il necessario e di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici molto utili (friggitrice ad aria, bollitore, macchinetta caffe espresso, tostapane ecc.). Ho apprezzato trovare una spugna nuova e il rotolo di carta da cucina, inoltre la finestra offre un paesaggio veramente bellissimo. Ad accoglierci un generoso vassoio ricco di snack salati e dolci con monoporzioni di caffè, thè e cioccolata solubile, per momenti di relax in giardino dove ci sono diversi posticini attrezzati per rilassarsi e godere dello splendido paesaggio. Bagno molto bello e nuovo anch'esso, con una splendida finestra affacciata sul bosco retrostante. I proprietari Alan e Dawn che sono molto gentili e disponibili, abitano al pano terra. A disposizione degli ospiti giochi in scatola, libri sulla Scozia molto belli, riviste di arredamento, libri per bambini e ragazzi. Conservo uno splendido ricordo di questo luogo, con la luce del mattino presto veramente meravigliosa. Grazie Alan e Dawn.

This was truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. The apartment is beautiful and exceptionally well-equipped, set in a stunning natural environment with sheep grazing on the rolling hills just outside - absolutely charming. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment offers complete privacy and peace, which made the stay even more special. The kitchen is remarkably well-stocked - highlights include an air fryer, a Nespresso machine, and a thoughtful selection of snacks prepared for our arrival. The bathroom is gorgeous. Honestly, everything was simply perfect. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended without any hesitation!
