8.0Nice design, comfort. Good location. Good breakfast.
− Unfortunately the elevator was not working during our entire stay. Staff took care of our luggage at arrivaland departure, but it was still a lot of stair climbing every time. Hopefully in the future, if this happens again, it will be fixed faster.

10.0Спасибо персоналу, особенно Дианочку, всё было прекрасно, завтрак вкусная, разнообразная, каждый день убрали комнату, пастели мягкие, матрац шикарный, комнаты чистые, отел как 5 звёзд, мне очень понравилось. Если еще раз езжу в Туркестан то только в этом отеле останавлюсь. Спасибо персоналу!
