Great for a short stay. TideWatch was a turn off.

The house is super cute and we had just enough space for my mom and I. We liked sitting on the front porch and found the living room very comfortable. The entire home was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to downtown and about 25 minutes to Hunting Beach. As two women sharing a bathroom, we really appreciated all of the shelves when we were taking turns getting ready. The porch and deck are great for hanging out. Ya'll just need to get a grill!

− We were really disappointed that even though the house was ready several hours early, the property mgmt company wanted an additional $50 to check in earlier. How greedy! Even hotels let you check in when your room is ready. We rent in the area several times a year to visit family, but will stay away from TideWatch rentals because of it. Despite a cleaning fee, we were still expected to run the dishwasher, start a load of linens, and take out the trash. There is also a large tree next to the driveway that dropped sap all over our car which did not come off completely in the car wash and has now affected the paint job. The mattresses have some kind of cover on them that crinkle loudly when you move (like the plastic on Grandma's couch).
