− A bit noisy
This is the dream. This is a little taste of life in Orvieto.
10.0This superb apartment is exactly where you want to be, on a little piazza on the main street in the center of Orvieto. Walking around the curve in the road and catching the first glimpse of the balconies made me smile every time! The beautiful entry door to a private staircase, tall beamed ceilings in spacious rooms, lovely decor, a comfortable kingsize bed, everything just a little better than it needs to be - all conspire for an excellent stay. I was staying nearly a month, so I wanted to be sure the location was excellent, the shower would be a comfortable size, and a well equipped kitchen included a washing machine. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was delighted. The owner is charming and helpful and available to answer any question. I highly recommend this property, and when staying in Orvieto, this will be my first choice every time. (I have stayed in Orvieto several times. All have been wonderful properties but this one is the best!)
− There are 18 stairs up to the apartment. This is Italy. That’s pretty much the minimum. I’m 68 years old and committed to my sedentary lifestyle. If I can, you probably can, too.
Pleasant apartment in a great location
10.0The apartment is very clean and nicely fitted out in a great location in central Orvieto. Our host was very kind and helpful. The location is close to the Duomo so on a busy street but not noisy because of the double glazing. You can’t really sit on the balcony but it’s an ideal spot to stand and watch everything going on. I recommend this apartment as it’s very comfortable.
