4.0The apartment was very well situated in cernobbio which is lovely, just outside of como, great location we had a concert in Villa Erba which was great. Lovely restaurant and close to ferry stop.
− We arrived late and in the dark, unable to get any response from the host or what’s app group as I could not get into my booking . Com account to get directions. This was very stressful after 12 hrs travel!! We could not find the property and you have to access using your phone the whole time , no key, relying on wi fi! Not everyone is tech savi!! This made me feel very anxious as I feel you should be able to contact someone 24/7. If a problem!!! No cutlery , dirty shower that doesn’t work properly. I wouldn’t stay here again!!

Perfekt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Como in optimaler Lage.
9.0Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Super ist die Klimaanlage und der kleine Sitzplatz im Freien.

9.0very open and nicely set out. comfortable furniture and many appliances for whatever you’d need.
− we had no cutlery! and the main shower head wouldn’t work properly. but all small issues :)
Loved it. Comfortable, easy access, very central and has private parking.
8.0− The apartment was self catering. It would have been nice to have some basics like tea, coffee, olive oil and vinegar etc. There should be instructions for using the hob and oven. A larger cafetiere would be ideal and/or a few coffee pods for the machine. Some kitchen towel would be good. Shower head needs to be properly cleaned and hard water deposits removed so that you get a proper stream of water. No waste bags were provided for the bins. Needs more than three wire coat hangers
