Un sejur relaxant cu un view plăcut, însă facilitățile locuinței au lăsat de dorit

− Uscătorul de păr era lipicios, nu aveam baterii la toate telecomenzile de aer condiționat, unele vase erau murdare, nu am avut prosoape de schimb, hârtie igienică, saci de gunoi sau vreun săpun lichid. Problema cea mai mare a fost ca nu am putut deschide cutia cu cheile aflata la poartă. Deși am anunțat din timp faptul că voi ajunge mai târziu din cauza zborului și am comunicat inclusiv numărul zborului, am ajuns la cazare în jurul orei 22:00 și nu mi-a răspuns nimeni la telefon. Am fost contactată abia după aproximativ o oră, timp în care am fost nevoită să rezolv singură situația. Acest lucru este cu atât mai grav cu cât în prezentarea cazării se menționează că se oferă suport 24/24. Ulterior la final am menționat ca am lăsat cheile în ușă fiindcă nu am mai putut deschide cutia si mi s a spus să dau cu puțin ulei..
