8.0Excellent location, very safe and quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping. There was a basket of snacks and some waters to welcome us :) The place is very clean and well stocked with most things needed for a short stay. The extra fan in the bedroom is great for hot sleepers (like myself). Cute property too with some nice landscaping and lovely pool area. Looking for a great local coffee shop to try? Check out The Coffee Mill. It's fantastic..
− Two small things- low water pressure and the ice maker in the refrigerator door didn't work. We would stay here again.
Great detached apartment
10.0The place is bigger than shown in photos. Private and although owners live in the main house, you wouldn't even know they were there.Nice area to lounge and a large bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and provided ice. Everything you need provided .pool easily accessible but we didn't have time to use.All soaps and shampoos provided as will as toilet paper and paper towels. My wife and I would and want to stay again in the future. It is a great jumping off point for both the beach and everything else in Clearwater.
− Shower is low pressure rain type so if you are used to a high pressure shower you will be disappointed however it gets the job done. If you are a big /tall person, the toilet is tight but doable. These would not keep me from staying again.
