Great location, not so great upkeep
7.0Conveniently situated very close to harbour and town centre. Loved the Victorian feel to the house. Magnificent front door!
− The garden path was very overgrown, although we understood a Gardener came every Friday. Cushion in the en-suite bedroom had a suggestive stain clearly visible on it, and if you used the shower, it leaked downstairs through a visible crack in the archway in the living room. The duvet cover in this same room had a large split in the stitching. Shower cubicle downstairs far too small. Drain cover at back door needs replacing, very flimsy and a few paving slabs out back are very uneven. For the money, we didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

6.0Property is lovely, very clean and well equipped. Nice location to walk to harbour/town
− Parking is a nightmare to be honest, very narrow street and cars parked outside the house. Very difficult to unload /load the car with a 2 year old, pregnant daughter 2 dogs and everything we needed to take. There was loads of parking on the prom at this time of year (November) We wouldn’t stay here again but only due to it not being suitable for us as next time we’ll have a new baby in tow
