10.0Très bon séjour au sein de cet appartement. Très beau accueil de la part du propriétaire que je remercie encore. L'appartement est spacieux est équipé du nécessaire pour pouvoir profiter de vos vacances sans vous prendre la tête !
− Rien. Une petite suggestion tout de même , depuis l'interdiction récente de location de parasols et de transat sur la plage, ça serait sympa de laisser un parasol et quelques chaises pliantes dans l'appartement pour pouvoir profiter de la plage qui est vraiment a 50 metres. . Sinon ras

8.0Parking sécurisé avec barrière, bip et gardien 24/24 (gratuit). Appartement spacieux et près de la plage. Propriétaire sympathique, disponible et discret. TV5 est sur la chaîne 007.
− Piscine non fonctionnelle. Précision pour l'adresse, l'entrée est boulevard de Biarrits et le bloc 7 est dans la résidence. Une petite remise comme quoi j'étais seul aurait été la bienvenue...

7.0es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem Wohnpark. Eingangskontrolle lässt einen sicher vor dem Haus parken. Der wEg zum Strand führt an dem Pool vorbei, wo mehrere Aufpasser stehen. Alles macht einen geordneten Eindruck, Bepflanzung wird gepflegt. Wohnung großzügig mit Wonzimmer ausgestattet. 2 Couchen und Tisch incl. Fernseher. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank. Balkon überdacht. Doppelgasherd und Kühlschrank in der Küche. Umgebung ist stark marokkanischer Tourismus
− Küchenmöbel sind schon sehr abgewohnt, Schranktüren hängen in den Angeln. Der kleine Ofen zum auftoasten ist schwarz. Geschirr und Besteck zusammengesammelt und nicht ausreichend.
