9.0A lovely apartment with an amazing view of Elantxobe port. The apartment was well equipped and Cristina was helpful with anything needed.
− The floor wasn’t hugely clean, but this wasn’t an issue as sediment is easily brought in from the beach. I think the host forgot a towel for the third guest but I am sure Cristina would have amended this quickly as she was readily available to help via the booking chat (didn’t tell the host as I had a towel with me and was only staying for a night)
Super great location in an absolutely precious fishing village with great food and friendly people.

− The check in and communication process left much to be desred. After not receiving anything regarding the check in procedure up to the day before we were set to arrive, I messaged the owner directly the morning of our arrival and again once we arrived and did not receive a return text (actually still havent received one 3 days later). We even called the phone number and there was no answer. Eventually we did receive the instructions about 15 minutes after our check in time. We were also not warned about the fact that parking in this cute fishing village is incredibly difficult (aka nearly impossible). We spent about 45 minutes driving to both the upper and lower parts of the town trying to access the apartment as we had 2 large suitcases with us as we had been in Spain for 2 weeks by the time we arrived. This could have been avoided with more clear and timely delivery of the instructions, especiallyregarding the parking issue. In all after arriving at 3p that afternoon we didn't actually get into the apartment until 415p and unfortunately this caused us to miss part of a guided tour in the nearby town of Gernika that we had booked. Also there was a broken piece of wall tile near the toilet in the bathroom on which my daughter cut her hand. Nothing that needed stitches, but definitely more than a scratch. Greater attention to identifying safety hazards like this is suggested.

10.0Przepiękny widok z okna i balkonu! Nie ma lepszego - na Ocean Atlantycki, Cliff i port w Elantxobe. Mieszkanie urządzone z dbałością o szczegóły, wszystko uporządkowane i zaplanowane, posiadające swoje miejsce ale też trochę awangardowe. Pralka, suszarka, żelazko- pełne wyposażenie. Odległość od Bilbao godzina jazdy autem, w pobliżu nie ma sklepu, trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę i zaplanować zakupy po drodze ze zwiedzania.
− Wysokie schody, ale ok. Można się poruszać dodatkowo, nagrodą jest piękny widok z mieszkania

Access to the building and apartment is exclusively on foot, via several flights of stairs from street level. The accommodations is located in a historic fisherman's building, characteristic of the old town of Elantxobe, with narrow streets and steep inclines.
The accommodations does not have an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, strollers, or guests traveling with heavy luggage.
Arrival and access instructions will be sent on the day of arrival, once online check-in has been successfully completed by all guests aged 14 and over. Access instructions will not be sent until check-in is complete.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
