Mistake was made on the booking but the owners sorted it with no issues. Location was pleasant. Secure parking

− Condition of the room was questionable. Musky smell had a constant linger. Basic here is key. things like a microwave, fridge, tv, plates etc were all available but tilted this plate to more of a contractors bedsit. If your a contractor looking for a bed for the night... this could be for you. I wish the owners well but unfortunately its not for me.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I needed last-minute accommodation and was uncertain about the length of time I would need it for as my husband had been transferred to the local hospital, and i hadn't had any time to sort anything in advance. Dan held the room for me for an extra night once I knew what was happening and everyone was so polite.

− It was just a room, there wasn't anything I didn't really like about it. I wasn't expecting a hotel done up to the nines. I needed a bed, and it's what I got.

Lovely place clean , great tv very very comfy bed probably one of the best sleeps Iv had in a very long time

Properly had everything you needed and perfect location for what we was doing the lady who’s lives there is lovely

− I guess the only thing I would say is if you don’t drive would be a struggle to get to a shop but that wasn’t a issue for us

booked 2 nice large rooms, both were clean and comfortable ample parking and good value for money staying in this area

Would not recommend the 'Studios' as an option

Having booked last minute for work purposes didn't realise that there were no kitchen facilities in the house and the helpful host offered to 'upgrade ' to studios at no extra cost with microwave and fridge in each one.

− Host was abrupt on the phone when very tired staff were trying to locate the property although the person that actually greeted them was nice and polite. The 'Studios' looked like converted lorry backs with daylight around the door jambs, no internal locks and no towels provided. TVs were small portables with poor reception. Shower had a door but loo only had curtains for privacy with no independent light. On booking message from host stated that the land at the back was used for the family dogs; what was not explained that the dogs are there 24/7 and bark a lot. As was Summer do not know if there is any heating. Were aware that property is very near to the M25. Did not feel safe,clean or comfortable.
