10.0Wir waren schon sehr früh vor Ort- kein Problem, Zugang zur Tiefgarage (2 Plätze für das App. 41) und Wohnung auch schon um 10:30 Uhr. Sehr nettte und hilfsbereite Verwalterin/Besizerin. Tolle Lage, direkt mittendrin, 100 m zur Altstadt, gegenüber Einkaufszentrum. Moderne, neue Ausstattung. Toller Blick von Dachterrasse. Gute Schallschutzfenster, toller beheizter Wirlpool auf der Dachterrasse.
− da wird viel gebaut, mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht- bis ca. 5 Uhr, dann wird es laut, auch abends kommt der Schall von Untern gut durchs offene Fenster bis 1 Uhr. Ein Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse wäre mehr als wünscheswert, volle Sonne von ca. 14:00 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang, an warme sonnigen Tagen ist die Terrase nur was für Sonnenanbeter.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We asked them for recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets, and they even sent us the locations, which made our stay much easier.
