Availability of place to live in was quick find and available on a day was a good opportunity.

− No one at the office for the whole time. Carpets were smelly. But just for a night stay was alright

great yarmouth lovely. caravan , park and manager lovely but the problems as above spoilt it.

The automatic email re booking in told me to ring a phone number which on ringing informed me it was switched off. This happened for all of the week before staying. When we arrived having not been able to pay the damage deposit of £100 before arrival we had to wait for about 1+1/2 hours before someone helpful rang me and gave me the information over the phone. The office said it was open till 3 on Saturdays - we arrived at 20 to 3 to find it locked. I had left messages on every phone number listed on the office door before a gentleman in a car gave me a number to which I received a response at last.

− The toilet seat in the ensuite had a broken lid part and swung on the ceramic seat if you tried to sit on it. I reported this and it was duly inspected and we were told a maintenance man would fit a new one.It was not done before we left. I made it very clear to the manager that it was broken when we arrived. So when we left I expected to receive the damage deposit in full. We left on May 30th and have not received it or any communication yet. I have waited till now to post the review. The park the caravan etc was no problem. But the problem on arrival was not my fault neither was the broken loo seat. The park was as expected so I cannot complain about the facilities.

Definitely would not recommend and would never stay there again, definitely not worth the money.

− The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected with red/brown spots on the wall surrounding the sink and toilet, the master bedroom had several large stains on the carpet, we were unable to get the gas to work so none of us could have a shower or light the oven to cook an evening meal, from the minute we stepped out of the car on arrival until getting back into the car again to leave, there was a rat running backwards and forwards between all of the caravans and all over the picnic table. Quite near a busy road so we could often hear sirens, so not really a relaxing stay and all in all the caravan spoilt our rare family weekend away.

The caravan was very well-maintained and extremely clean. Staff were there to greet us on arrival and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were comfy and we were provided with a travel cot for our toddler. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped and modern. The site itself is small but, again, well-maintained and we felt safe knowing there was cctv directly facing our van. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodation, particularly as the cost was very reasonable.

− It is a bit of a walk into the centre, which wasn’t a problem for us as we drove in. Saying that, there are shops nearby and the Tesco supermarket is in walking distance. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to possibly provide hand soap in the bathrooms and a tea towel in the kitchen.

Very lovely caravan! Perfect for my family of 6! Perfect location as very close to everything. Very peaceful site too!
