− It was summer! They have AC in the pictures and in the apartment but they refused to allow us to turn it on!

Amazing location, but expensive for what you get.
8.0The location was perfect. The mattresses were comfortable. The manager was responsive. (To be fair we didn’t complain because we just wanted to enjoy the surrounding without dealing with anyone. I think had we complained we would have gotten a response.)
− The showers were confusing and could not seem to put out cold water, only warm or hot. The interior spaces like cabinet finishes, sofa, and linens were showing signs of wear. The sheets were not exactly comfortable for summer. There were presumably dirty or extra towels in the closet that were wet and mildewed. It was very hot, so a third fan would have been nice for a family of four. (But it wasn’t their fault that it was so hot- we knew there wouldn’t be AC.)

1.0Nothing . I was lied to about the exact address . Lied abt amenities . Never told unfit for toddlers and older people .
− Booked an air conditioned room and were told after check in , use fans open the windows . Why would I book and pay for air conditioned rooms if I wanted fans and windows . Never told abt the news house with flight of 20 narrow steep steps . The property knew a toddler was with us . It was most dangerous the stairs with no gate at the top . Elder couple struggled to climb and carry bags . Rude person (Samira I m not sure the name ) spoke on the phone and I felt intimidated . Never told keys to be collected and returned at a convenience store 500m away . All info was told only 24 hrs prior . All this is misrepresentation and fraudulent . 2 night broken cot for baby . Dirty shabby sofas .
