7.0Friendly service from check in to check out but staff is not trained to serve international customers. Good hospitality with souvenirs for customers to take home, which was appreciated but was an extra burden to me for my travel.
− I traveled for work and requested for a receipt which they could only provide a Chinese one with my English name on it. It took longer than expected because staff was not familiar with the process, so I ended up missing my train and have to stay in Weifang for another day at my own costs. I recommend staying with international hotel brands instead if you are traveling for work like me.

2.0Hotel seemed fairly good in terms of reviews but unresponsive and uncooperative. Quite ridiculous in fact. Wouldn't recommend travelling there.
