The lack of service, poor management, and inadequate amenities made our stay extremely uncomfortable

− ⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. The hotel is located far from the city, making it quite inconvenient for travelers. We arrived for a pre-arranged late check-in around 11:00 PM, but there was no staff available to assist us. We were left to manage everything ourselves, including carrying our luggage. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing or not functioning properly. There was no drinking water provided, and the water heater was not working. These are essential facilities that any hotel should ensure are available to guests.
