10.0The incredible views, intricate and personally meaningful art and artefact collection. But mostly the hosts. We had wonderful time getting to know Patricia and her husband who looked after us above and beyond when our circumstances changed due to health issue. Heated bathroom floor was awesome and breakfast goodies were perfect! Fireplace was awesome

10.0This was the best accomodation we have stayed in. The location itself is beautiful with a wonderful garden to walk in. The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. A lemon pudding greeted us with ample breakfast foods and a bottle of wine. The studio itself feels like a warm hug. Everything was geared to our comfort. Thank you Patrica and Richard.

10.0Beautiful location with stunning views across the D’Entrecasteaux Channel to Bruny Island, uniqueness of the studio with its amazing art collection, extremely comfortable bed, very generous welcome goodies including homemade cake, jam, marmalade to name but a few.
