It was terrible we couldn’t get out of that appointment quick enough

− It was dirty the bathroom floor had not being washed for months. There is no proper shower just a make shift shower in a bath and the bath was not clean. There was dirty tea towels and no clean dish cloth to wash the delf. The door were dirty and so were the handles. The pillows were smelly we could not use the bed blankets because they were dirty. There was no air conditioning and they made no effort to get us an extra fan in a heat wave. It spoiled our holiday and we couldn’t stick it out to our full 6 nights we left after five I recommend you stop using this property it doing you no favers.

− We had a disappointing experience at João Paulo II Apartment. We arrived around 12:10 AM with our family and had to wait outside the property until approximately 12:30 AM. During that time, we repeatedly tried contacting the property by phone and message but received no response. Since we were travelling with children late at night and had no clarity on whether anyone would arrive, we were forced to check into another hotel next to the apartment while trying to resolve the situation. The property later stated that someone was available until 3 AM, but that was not our actual experience. Being left outside in an unfamiliar place after a long journey was extremely stressful for our family. What was even more disappointing was that we reported the issue to Booking.com the very next day during our stay, but no meaningful action was taken. After several follow-ups, the complaint was eventually closed based only on the property’s explanation. I am sharing this review so future guests, especially families arriving late at night, can be aware and plan accordingly.

Bardzo ładny i zadbany apartament. Świetna lokalizacja. Dosłownie 2 minuty spacerem do sanktuarium. Prywatny podziemny parking. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia może mała ale wystarczająca i dobrze wyposażona żeby samemu przygotować posiłki. Apartament jest w samym centrum Fatimy więc blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Serdecznie polecam 😊

UNA ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE

SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE LA POSIZIONE

− un'esperienza terrificante! Innanzitutto abbiamo pagato per 5 persone e abbiamo trovato approntato per 4. Mia figlia grande è dovuta andare in un altro albergo per soggiornare. Fatto presente la cosa, il servizio clienti ci ha detto: è un problema vostro!!! Ma questo non è nulla in confronto al freddo patito! Un'appartamento SENZA RISCALDAMENTO con solo due stufette portatili a disposizione di cui se ne poteva accendere SOLO una, altrimenti staccava il contatore. Servizi minimi NON presenti, neanche una coperta in più!!! La seconda notte ho dovuto dormire vestito!!! Letti scomodissimo, duri come pietre e vecchissimi! La luce della camera non funzionava, così come la fontana della vasca e del bidet.... Insomma, un'esperienza da brivido. Contatterò Booking perchè tutto questo è una vergogna per chi ha pagato più di 110 euro a notte!!
