9.0Great Location, peaceful. House was perfect for our stay. Our little dog enjoyed the outside area as well as the walks around the property. Braai area was perfect on a cold winters evening.
− Slight smell from the septic tank on the outside.
The pictures don’t do justice, we had a beautiful stay.
10.0Property is beautiful, amazing house with excellent facilities. Property has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the landscapes and kayaking. The braai area with complimentary charcoal and welcome wine was a pleasant surprise. Really so worth it.

Phenomenal Stay at the Fisherman's Cottage
10.0Our weekend at the Fisherman’s Cottage was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage was beautifully designed, with cozy bedrooms and a stunning open layout that made it feel both spacious and relaxing. The scenery, including the private dam with trout, otters, and fish eagles, along with fields of Brahman cattle, was stunning. The staff and owners were fantastic, taking great care of us, and even surprising us with a delicious cheese board and cake for my husband’s birthday. We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque escape!
