10.0Nie ma co się sugerować negatywnymi opiniami. Mieszkanie jest po remoncie. Wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach od właściciela. Nie ma już boilera w przejściu ani dziwnej podłogi w łazience. Widać, że mieszkanie zostało odświeżone. Lokalizacja też jest OK. Bardzo blisko metro i sklepy. Właścicielka pozwoliła nam zameldować się już o 12 i zostać w dniu wymeldowania do 14. Wszystko jest łatwe do dogadania przez Whatsapp. Piąte piętro po schodach też nie takie straszne :) Czysta pościel, czyste ręczniki.

8.0Зручне розташування біля метро, що робить пересування легким. 15 хв пішки від моря. Поруч є магазини та трохи далі торговий центр. Власниця зустріла нас вчасно, все пройшло чудово з отриманням ключів.

8.0O bairro no primeiro dia "assustou", mas realmente deu para sentir a tranquilidade e segurança que a anfitriã nos comunicou. O colchão era bom. Tem bons aparelhos de ar condicionado.
− Falta de elevador para subir até ao 5º andar - foi duro, mas é tudo uma questão de habito. Falta uma máquina de café. Devido ao calor os bichos entravam com facilidade (o que é normal).
