8.0Gala dinner was more than yummy with different amazing well cooked variety. The pool was good also with cold water 😅 and always clean. They took a very good care of the safety especially in the aqua games area with the kids. Many thanks to Mr. Abd El-Fattah for making our stay very comfortable, he was always available for any request, recommendation or any need. The stuff of the main restaurant was very helpful 👌, makes us feel royal. The animation team was good also, add a little fun 😁 to our stay.
− The room needs a little bit more attention regarding its maintenance. One of the spot lights in front of the main mirror was not working. Both telephones in the room and the bathroom were not working however they came two times to fix them. The card door locks worked for one night only and we had to change it every night. The Italian restaurant was extremely bad: taste and variety of dishes. As well as the red wine, the taste was very poor.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
