7.0− Der Gestank in der Dusche war Grausam. Der Gulli war sehr schlecht gemacht. Ich habe nach jedem Duschen den Gulli mit Klebeband abgeklebt

8.0Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen, geräumigen und hellen Wohnung. Indem wir den Ablauf in der Dusche mit einer Folie abgedeckt haben konnten wir die Geruchsbelästigung fast beseitigen. Wir hatten bezüglich der Küchenausstattung noch ein paar Wünsche, diese wurden umgehend erfüllt, danke Andrea.
− Die offizielle Adresse und der Eingang stimmen leider nicht überein. Mithilfe der detaillierten Infos zum Check-In konnten wir den Eingang finden. Optimal wäre es wenn man diese Infos schon einen Tag vor der Anreise bekommen könnte. Trotzdem hat letztendlich alles gut geklappt.

4.0La ubicación y la piscina. El alojamiento era amplio con un buen equipamiento en la cocina.
− 1.- cuando llegamos la anfitriona no apareció porque estaba acostada con dolor de cabeza, tuvimos la suerte que nos ayudó la persona de mantenimiento del complejo. Tampoco había enviado instrucciones para coger la llave. El resultado fue que estuvimos 40 minutos de espera a 35 grados. No fue capaz de compensar ni un minuto a la salida. A las 11 en punto tuve que salir. 2.- no dejaron ni toallas ni ropa de cama para el tercer huésped. Tuve que reclamarlo. 3.- no dejaron copia de llaves y me las trajo al día siguiente. (Para salir se necesita llave). Cada vez que salía uno tenia que bajar otro para abrir la puerta. 4.- desde que llegamos había un cubo con agua sucia en el acceso al apartamento. Cuando nos fuimos seguía allí. FOTO 5.- desde el desagüe del plato de ducha salía un olor insoportable (lo reclamé tanto a la anfitriona como a Booking). La solución que nos dieron fue poner un cuenco de plástico boca abajo. FOTO 6.- camas y almohadas muy incómodas. Aporto fotos de lo indicado y tengo mensajes con la anfitriona. Me considero un cliente de Booking y no creo que haya recibido el trato adecuado. Saludos.
