6.0Endroit calme et propre. Repas a la carte bon
− L’agent d’entretien qui se permet de jeter mes affaires. Lorsque je le confront le lendemain il semble ne pas comprendre ma colere et sourit même. Je me suis retenu de le frapper. Le jour de mon check-in, l’agent du parking qui refuse de me laisser entrer avec ma voiture. Il voulait que je gare la voiture en exterieur alors qu’il y a un parking interne et que le complexe est enorme. De meme, celui qui nous as accompagné a la chambre lors de notre arrivé nous dit de nous garer a un endroit et nous informe que notre chambre est en face alors que notre chambre se trouve a 15min a pied de la (merci pour la marche sous 40°C). Enfin le personnel pour le petit dejeuner qui limite se moque de nous. On commande des gauffres avec topping fruits et chocolat. On nous ramene une gauffre neutre. Je demande au serveur le chocolat et ne revient pas. Au bout de 5min je demande a un autre le chocolat, il revient 5-10min après et nous dit en rigolant qu’il n’y en a pas. Agaçée je lui dit que s’il manque des ingredients qu’il nous le dise avant de passer commande. Au moins 15min plus tard, lorsque l’on allait partir il revient avec le chocolat et nous le donne. Si ce n’est pas du foutage de gueule je ne sais pas comment cela s’appelle. Plus jamais j’irais dans cet hotel

5.0A well located and well built property
− The property is not professionally run, the systems are not set. Housekeeping, kitchens , room service etc nothing runs perfectly. Phone was down in one of the rooms we stayed in and the numbers to contact were incorrectly mentioned. The staff is very ill equipped to handle concerns and basic amenities are not found. I would definitely not reccomend.

8.0Sehr schöne Lage, nettes Personal, grosse Anlage. Besonders Sara und Hadeer waren sehr hilfsbereit.
− Die Einrichtung war stylish und schön, aber die Ausstattung, insbesondere das Bad sowie die Türen waren schlecht. Schlechte Qualität und Ausführung.

− Peux de restaurant, attentes longues dans le restaurant alors qu'il était vide. Tout était compliqué pour obtenir ce que l'on voulait. Cous de yoga mais prof non disponible. Responsable de la salle de sport pas présent pour donner des explications.
Quarto espaçoso, limpeza péssima, funcionários atenciosos, restaurante apenas razoável.
