− Local com aranha e barata. Falei com o proprietário que ficou de reembolsar parcialmente, pq o hóspede não dormiu no local por falta de higiene. Ele não reembolsou pq dei nota 1.
Não dormi a primeira noite. Por isso, o anfitrião reembolsou a segunda noite.
5.0O anfitrião aceitou resolver o problema, quando relatado.
− O lugar é MUITO barulhento. A janela fica pra rua da Av. do Café, onde tem som alto a noite, pessoas gritando, etc. Não recomendo para descansar.
