− I didn't enjoy my experience due to the discrimination between owners and renters. Additionally, all swimming pools were closed, as well as the beach. When the beach was finally opened, it was not prepared for use due to the presence of rocks. I hope these comments will be considered to improve services and facilities

Please read carefully before booking: 1- mixed couples with Arab passports need to provide official papers that they are married or direct family members as per Egyptian law 2- visitors are allowed upon registering with an ID with the tower security . This is for everyone's safety. For Arab and Egyptian guests, visitors are only allowed if of the same gender or relatives from the 1st or 2nd degree. 3-Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 4-Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Booking. 5-Guests and visitors must dispose of Cigarette butts in the ashtray. 6- music and outside noises can sometimes be heard.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
