Great view with general comfort

The location is superb and the ability to sit in or outside amazing. The room was quiet and overall clean and well-equipped. The bed and bathroom were in great condition.

− Not all the cutlery and crockery were clean, which may have to do with the previous tenant as the onus is on us to clean up what is used. Getting into the property felt like a scavenger hunt with the keys in a padlock chained to a bike rack located outside the hotel across the lane way. Not a great first impression especially when the place has a reception desk.

overall unit was nice, clean with great view. Easy communication with owner. Close walking distance to everything we needed

− Foldout bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on . No support and you could feel the springs through mattress my son ended up folding it back up and just sleeping on it as a lounge . Also dining chairs were old wobbly & squeaky we were abit worried they were going to collapse when sitting on them . Facilities at Oaks pool and spa tiles could use repairs missing tiles inside both could be dangerous especially for kids

Terrible, will never book here again and will be taking my complaint further.

The location was great, unfortunately that was all that was great. We couldnt stay and headed home as the room cleanliness was unacceptable.

Great location with underground parking. Comfortable bed with fully enclosed privacy screens. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Magnificent views across the esplanade, the Chanel to the ocean.

− The reservation was for 3 people. The divan was not made up and there were no blankets for the extra bed. The divan mattress was worn out with every spring felt just by running your hand over it. It was noisy, creaking with every movement and very uncomfortable. Parking lot requires a hairpin turn to go up at a steep angle mid turn and being in a hire car made it extremely stressful, hoping we didn't scrape the sill on the high curb.

Would never stay here again.

The view and the access to shops.

− This unit was very dirty. Some tomato sauce on the kitchen floor and cupboards, no plug for kitchen sink, dirty tea towel, smelly pillow cases. Dirty air conditioning unit. Outdated furniture and linen.
