− die vielen Treppen bist nach oben sind echt anstrengend Die kleine Couch im Wohnbereich ist sehr unbequem der Wasserhahn an der Küchenspühle wackelte Schwarze Flecken am Silikon der Dusche. der Backofen könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen

Die Nähe zu meinem Arbeitsplatz

− Die Heizung ging in den ersten beiden Tagen nicht, nach der Regulierung durch die Verwaltung war sie nur lauwarm und das bei heute nächtlicher Minusgraden. Im Haus wurde wohl lackiert und die ganze Wohnung roch nach Lack, so dass ich die Nacht über mit offenem Fenster schlafen musste.
