4.0CONCEPTION DE L'APPARTEMENT
− pas d'accueil à l'arrivée pas de retour positif de notre interlocuteur, seulement une proposition d'une heure de ménage, 3 semaines après notre arrivée, il ne s'est même pas déplacé: appartement sale et non entretenu: hotte très grasse, vitres et miroir et table du salon en verre passés au chiffon GRAS; sols de l'appartement et terrasse sales et tachés, douches bouchées, sac d'aspirateur plein et filtres bouchés. 2 petites cuillères seulement! Sur les 2 piscines, toujours une de sale: eau verte voire marron....
I feel ripped off. Was happy to pay the high price but owner did not deliver. Very disappointed.
3.0Secure location- security making sure we were allowed in. Always very polite and courteous, waving to us as we drove in and out.
− Very dusty furniture. The whole place needed a good clean. The bathroom had soap scums on the wall. Toiletries was advertised and there was none. Pan and other utensils left on the kitchen sink. On the second day when I tried to use the washing machine, it did not work. Next morning, the fridge was off and the food spoiled and had to be thrown out. My husband had to reset the electrical board. One of the toilet didn’t work. Advised the agent and the next day he came in to check. Was advised that the machine would be replaced and toilet fixed. I tried to use the oven, this also triggered a power outage. Again advised the agent and again told it would be fixed. I had to message several times and got told things would be fixed. Never happened. After spending 29 days, we left and nothing got resolved. I had to get my clothes washed at a relative’s place for the entire time. I got in touch with the agent for compensation, got told that the owner would give me 5 free days for my next stay.. NO, I won’t be coming back. I’m still waiting to hear about my claim. Would definitely not recommend.
