I won't recommend the place to anyone

− I had to bath using a dustbin because there was no hot water and there was no basin lid
I won't recommend the place for anyone and definitely not coming back ever.

− No hot water and it's winter. We had to bath with cold water. The main switch trips all the time you switch the kettle on. No tea
Horrible experience. I couldn't cancel

− I had to upgrade to a more expensive room although bed it was not comfortable. No coffee, sugar...however there are cups. No air-conditioning or heater it was freezing.
