Too expensive for an uncomfortable Murphy bed style studio apartment. Great views but VERY over priced

− Way too much money for size of apartment, no wiggle room on checkout time (cleaners were knocking on the door exactly at 11)

10.0The view was amazing! I locked my key in the room, as soon as I called the owner, she has housekeeping dispatched to let us in, she was very gracious about our troubles and did not make us feel bad at all!

9.0Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Located in a quieter area of Hampton Beach. Private assigned parking spot. Super easy check in.
− Unit is smaller than appears in the photo on the website. Still a decent size.

− lucky to get Luke warm water in shower. lighting was horrible. should have lamp near couch and bed to read. if can't have stove how about air fryer. no staff. no info in room.
