− Al momento del check in nos querian cobrar mas de lo que la reserva de Booking me estaba cobrando, querian que se les pagara la comision que ellos deben pagar a Booking. La piscina no estaba limpia y el jacuzzi en la habitacion no servia.

− Unfortunately, they charged me much more than stated on booking. I showed them the reservation but they didn't care. They said booking often puts the wrong price. Also there were ants in our room.
