Great location. Easy access to all areas.
8.0Quiet apartment 806 with sea and city view on 8th floor. 2 elevators available. Building and apartment spotless. On arrival there was a small bottle of water, tea/coffee sachets, toilet rolls, wash up liquid and some washing machine tablets to get started. Quiet pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and very clean poolside toilets. Great location in Lido tourist area beside restaurants and bars. One small bar is right next door to property. Just a short walk to coast. Bus and taxi options close by for access to Funchal city with lovely old town area. Aporoximate 10 minute journey depending on traffic.
− Access to toilet in one bed apartment is through the bedroom. No air conditioning, just one plug-in fan provided. No umbrellas for shade on sun terrace. For guests whose apartment is located on the side of the building adjacent to pub this can be noisy as pub open late until 1am or 2am. No front desk or concierge service on site as listed on booking.com

10.0Muy bien localizado en un lugar con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. El autobús para Funchal pasa con mucha frecuencia y la parada está a 5min. Además con parking privado por si llevas coche. Bonitas vistas desde el apartamento. Espacioso y limpio. El anfitrión muy pendiente, nos dieron un código para entrar antes de tiempo.

8.0Por outro lado, o apartamento estava muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado.
− No momento da chegada, tivemos alguma dificuldade com o estacionamento. Como o controle do portão estava dentro do apartamento, tivemos de estacionar o carro na rua, entrar no apartamento para buscar o controle e, em seguida, voltar ao veículo para conseguir entrar no condomínio. Além disso, não foi fácil encontrar uma vaga disponível do lado de fora. A vista do apartamento não é das melhores, mas reconheço que não prestei atenção ao andar no momento da reserva. Como sugestão de melhoria, seria interessante disponibilizar um saca-rolhas na cozinha. Compramos uma garrafa de vinho e não conseguimos abri-la por falta desse utensílio.

9.0The host was lovely and easily contactable. We had a really enjoyable stay and felt it was good value for money- particuarly with a balcony and great size pool which wasn't crowded at all!
− the pub next door is quite lively which can be a little loud at night but didn't ruin the stay at all :)
