10.0We loved everything about this place! Great location, secure covered parking, secure building, very nice and comfortable apartment. Everything was clean and the host left very good instructions for the place.

9.0The location was great for our seminar. Bathroom and closet were big. Hot water was fast and abundant. There's a full kitchen, large living room and roomy dining area. There's garage parking for 1 car. There's a laundry room with washer and dryer.
− Bed wasn't great and the couch is not a foldout. I got locked out when I didn't have the key card and the outside door code had been changed. Luckily my friend was staying with me and came down to let me in. Addison is a great area to visit.

− THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I’ve been traveling with booking.com for 10 years, and this is by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never encountered such a rude host, who not only refuses to issue me an invoice despite my business trip but also insults me, calling me crazy. Don’t expect to reach any kind of agreement with her. Moreover, the apartment reeked of mustiness.
It’s an inconvenience, rather stay in a hotel and spent a little more. One must follow the instructions on checking in o
7.0The bed was soft. Has access to Netflix and other internet based program.
− The bedroom stank as if a pet poop on it. The manager/owner of the unit won’t answer the call. Misinformation about having a hot tub/pool - it was on the other building. Building number isn’t visible in the night, had a hard time checking in. Inconvenience to return the key fob, parking ticket. No free water in the unit / no vending machine located in the building. Breakfast is only 2 pieces of granola.

10.0Love the area the apartment is at; close to all the food spots! Place was clean, well maintained and very spacious. Parking was nice as well
