Nice apartment and staff, perfect location, no AC and busy street
7.0All worked fine, responsive and kind staff.
− The main problem was that we had a couple of ver warm nights, hence we opened the windows as there is no AC to discover that the apartment is located right in front of a bus stop and a pretty noisy street.
Good apartment but access is difficult
8.0This is an excellent apartment. It had all the facilities we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is good near the Royal Palace just outside the city centre. The area was generally pretty quiet.
− The door entry system is done via a mobile phone app. On arrival we struggled to use it. The instructions on the app are not in English and each of three doors have to be opened with the app. It took us a long time to figure out which button on the app opened which door because they are not in order. Obviously the thing has been designed by a teenager with three weeks of work experience!

8.0La posizione centrale e comoda, la tempestività di risposta alle mail per alcune difficoltà con il sistema di chiavi elettroniche; il bagno spazioso
− Mancavano alcuni servizi di solito presenti negli appartamenti (canovacci per la cucina, scopa e paletta, eventuale straccio per asciugare il pavimento). Pulizia iniziale del bagno un po’ superficiale (nel bagno c’erano a terra capelli lunghi e neri….noi li abbiamo corti e biondi)

8.0Schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage zum Brygge Viertel, dieses ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar. ÖV Haltestelle in der Nähe. In 10 min ist man im Zentrum. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe.
− Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite hat es einen Sport-/Spielplatz wo es bis spät am Abend recht laut zu und her gehen kann. Ist nichts für geräuschempfindliche Personen oder Leute die Ruhe suchen.

− The bed in one of the three bedrooms was quite small for two people to sleep comfortably. Additionally, providing a second pillow for each guest would make the stay even more comfortable.
