9.0Die ruhige Lage, die schöne Ausstattung und dass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte oder auch gut an die Straßenbahn angebunden war.

10.0Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Sehr sauber mit toller Ausstattung. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Immer genügend Parkplätze vor der Tür.
