8.0Great place to stay. Breakfast included and was more than expected.
− Only one item of cleaning was overlooked. One dead spider dangling from the ceiling and I was able to recharge it. Perhaps an early Halloween decoration...
Location - great. Cleanliness - 4/10.
6.0The location was excellent - great amenities. A short walk from where the room was located to our venue. It meant we could enjoy a wine with dinner. The room was a good size, and met our needs.
− The stay, though, was tired. The room was in need of a refresh, the floor sloped, dusty, and the bathroom was below what I consider "par" - definitely in need of some love. The shower was dirty, so we didn't even use it.

9.0Great location. Very helpful host. Lounges. Outside space. Very comfortable beds. And a simple packed breakfast before our early start.
