Very relaxed stay.
9.0Location was good, 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. Pool and surrounding area was very clean. Apartment was well stocked with cleaning products, toilet rolls. Towels supplied, dishwasher and washing machine had cleaning products supplied, which was great. Close to tram and lots of good restaurants nearby. No night clubs nearby if someone was looking for that, a few bars about 15 minutes walk which showed soccer matches as we were there during the world cup. Local area is nearly exclusively Spanish residential with no foreign visitors obvious, some people may prefer to be in a more tourist type area but area felt very safe and relaxed. Host gave good recommendations for restaurants etc., would have been helpful to have a folder with some added local info/attractions. The area is very clean and much credit must be paid to residents of the apartment block, the area and those who use the beach as we never saw any refuse left behind.

Cómodo y excelente ubicación
9.0Piso amplio, cómodo, limpio, en edificio tranquilo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. La ubicación es excelente; a 3 minutos caminando de la playa y paseo maritimo, muy cerca de paradas de bus y de una parada de Tram. Hay un supermercado muy cerca, farmacias, restaurantes, centro médico. Tiene una terraza con vista a la piscina con jardín, que por cierto es muy bonita y limpia. TV con WiFi. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Se agradece la amabilidad de la casera y los detalles de cortesia como cafe, te, azúcar, entre otros muy útiles. Para repetir, sin duda.
− Nada que no se pueda solucionar. El colchón de la primera habitación tiene ya mucho desgaste, los muelles se sienten mucho. No tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, pero tienen ventiladores de techo y el piso tiene buena ventilación cruzada. Recomendaría dejar un par mas de toallas de ducha y un juego de sábanas adicional.
