8.0The villa is spacious and big enough for 15pax. It has basic cooking utensils and gas for cooking with fee. Convenient ung stay namin and super nag enjoy lahat. Villa is clean, though medyo late na kami naka check in. Also we got this discounted deal kaya value for money talaga. Malamig lalo na nung hapon. We had a great time.
− We check in late because the unit is still not ready by the time we arrive at 2pm. But the staff is polite naman so OK na rin. The videoke machine assigned to us doesn't allow to same songs kaya it's a bit hassle but we enjoyed it so all goods. The blanket is small for 2 person, or baka we can request addl blanket but this case hindi kami nag request kasi so next time na lang.

− The ceiling is too low , the flies are kinda a lot. The sign was not noticeable since its ripped. Bidet is broken.
It’s was alright but the place needs more improvement . Anyway thank you we jus made our stay a pleasant one

− The total area is big but only 1 room at Villa 1 is a bit okay. Pillows and blankets are limited not good for 13 pax . The shower pump or the heater was not on when we arrived . They only open it the following morning because we informed the staff. Not recommended for seniors, as there are many stairs .. The toilet facilities outside are incomplete . The windows are not fitted with locks so as the man gate. “Please improve your place to make it more comfortable for Airbnb guests.”

− Pool has poor lighting at night. There are flies every where. Water supply is very slow. Door of CR is not properly working, like when u closed the door, u need keys to open it. What if no one is in the house and one is left inside the CR. They should fix the door. One of their facilities, TV, is not working properly. If I didn't ask it, I will never know.
