Rented apartment for 3 days. I was impressed over this townhouse and rented it for 4 weeks more.
10.0I had private driver on my trip in Walvis Bay, but the distance to supermarket (Spar) is short enough to walk. Friendly people that rent out the townhouse. Everything was perfect and owner was helpful to arrange private Chef to make dinner in the house.
− Dishwashing machine was not fitted jet, but on order and will be installed at arrival.

8.0- [ ] The charcoal and firelighters was a very nice touch. Most hosts also forget toothpicks, but we found that at the property too. Very convenient. - [ ] Definite signs property is newly renovated. Nice bathrooms, fresh paint etc… - [ ] Nice and cosy enough for a family of 3 or so, especially if you’re used to a bigger space - [ ] TV has a Guest Netflix profile at your disposal, which was nice - [ ] Nice cosy patio and miniature garden at the back, but you can only enjoy it in nice warm weather though - [ ] Nice fully equipped kitchen, I just don’t think there’s enough bowls though for dishes like soups etc.
− - [ ] No heating, considering the strong and cold winds from the antlantic. Nothing blocking the wind from getting to houses on lagoon front. So in those conditions, heating is a necessity rather than a luxury. - [ ] Property is in front of a lagoon, not a beach (I think this is quite important to note). I thought it was the kind of set up where you can walk across and dip your feet into the beach, but not the case. - [ ] Bed in master suite quite small, for those used to sleeping in king sized beds - [ ] Not sure if geyser is on a timer. During the day, water not as warm as it is in the morning - [ ] A few regular minor maintenance things like curtain rails, kitchen drawers is needed. The toilet seats needs to be replaced.
