3.0立派とは言えないが、大浴場があり、 ホテルで憂鬱な入浴が快適だった
− 今回第二プリンスに泊まったが、前回の第一プリンスの時もそうであったが、喫煙ルームを、ネット予約したが、部屋が空いてなく禁煙ルームに泊まった クレーム入れたが、禁煙喫煙はあくまで希望として聞いてるとのこと 部屋が空いてないなら、予約出来ないようにして、 再度禁煙ルームでの予約が出来る様にして欲しい

− スタッフの対応、施設設備の老朽化、館内の暖房設備、洗面台の排水口から水が溢れ床が水浸し

− あまりにも殺風景な街の殺風景な宿、社員寮？のような印象。 フロントスタッフが事務的。サービススマイルもなし。 ただ夜間早朝のおじさん、清掃スタッフは、素朴で一生懸命、温かい印象で◎
