9.0The house is exceptional, I don't think the pictures do it justice. We loved staying here, most of the guests thought it was the best house they have ever stayed in. The disco room and the bar were our favourite bits, perfect for a hen do! Fantastic value for what it is.
− I marked down only due to the fact that 3 months before check in I enquired about a late check out and I was told they would get back to me. I then chased this request multiple times and was never given an answer. Whilst there I met David, who seemed lovely, and I chased the request again as I knew there was no one checking in straight away. He made me feel quite guilty for asking saying that the cleaners work Mon-Fri and it would be asking them too much to start later on a Sunday. I was happy to pay extra, I don't think it's an unreasonable request, who cleans when people check out in the week? They were never going to accommodate this request and being left hanging was quite frustrating.
Awesome house and a great host - hope to come back - perhaps in the Summer next time!
10.0Awesome house for a family party aged 6 - 87. Loads of beds and loads of fun - pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, disco room, football pitch. Host was really responsive and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
− One bedroom is a 'walk through' so not quiet or private ..... but there are 10 others! Lots of plastic glasses - understand for around the pool but nicer to have glass inside..... I know I am being pernickety!
