A hugely overpriced facility of a poor quality

The only advantage of this house was that it was spacious and had a working washing machine.

− We were very disappointed about this property and think that it was hugely overpriced for what it offered. We rented this place for the end year family celebration. First, the house was dusty overall and had layers of dust on the furnitures, including on the tables, the walls, curtains. The house gave the impression of not being cleaned or entered for several months (was very cold inside). The facility was of suboptimal quality: the heater in the kitchen did not work, one of the cooking plates did not work, there were very few electricity bulbs or they did not work at all (hence it was very dark especially in the kitchen and in the living room). The electricity had significant limits hence the electricity was cut every time there was more than 1 or 2 electric devices plugged in. Even if the house was charged for 8 people, the number of plates, glasses, wine glasses was largely insufficient and of poor quality (the frying pans were old, used and of bad quality). The limits on the hot water did not allow to take shower to more than 2 people (hence taking shower had to be spread during the day). The village, and in particular the square in front of the house was dirty (also with animal excrements). While the property has designated parking spots, these are charged on top of the house charges, which is a bit disappointing considering that one would expect a parking spot guaranteed in the charges of the house (the latter was only accessible by car).
